6. AI-Generated and Curated Content

Parts of this platform — including analytical summaries, highlights, tags, recommendations, and topic classifications — are produced or refined through automated or AI-assisted processes. These outputs are informational and transformative in nature; they do not reproduce, replace, or represent the full original works.

AgileKaizen does not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of such automated analyses and, to the extent permitted by applicable law, disclaims liability for reliance on AI-generated or algorithmic content. All intellectual property rights in the underlying indexing systems, cluster structures, and taxonomies remain the exclusive property of AgileKaizen Ltd. 7. Community Participation and User Content

Users may contribute reflections, reviews, ratings, or other content within the community, cohort, or learning cycle features. By submitting such content, you grant AgileKaizen a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to store, process, and display your contributions for educational and community purposes. You retain ownership of your content and remain responsible for its accuracy and legality. You agree not to post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

7.1 Notice and Takedown Procedure

If you believe that material posted within any AgileKaizen community or learning area infringes your rights, please send a written notice to data@agilekaizen.com including: (i) the URL of the content, (ii) your contact information, and (iii) a description of the alleged infringement. AgileKaizen will review all verified notices in good faith and may remove or restrict the content pending clarification. This procedure implements “safe-harbor” principles comparable to the EU eCommerce Directive 2000/31/EC and the U.S. DMCA §512.

8. Rankings, Scores, and Leaderboards

AgileKaizen may display leaderboards, rankings, badges, or scores based on activity, engagement, or learning metrics. These representations are automatically generated and provided for informational or motivational purposes only. By using the platform, you accept these rankings as presented, without right to dispute or modification.

9. Intellectual Property

All site content — including text, design, graphics, algorithms, and software — is the property of AgileKaizen Ltd or its licensors. Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any material without prior written consent is prohibited, except for content clearly marked as open access. Users retain rights to their own uploaded content but grant AgileKaizen a limited license for operational and research purposes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
