Strategic Leadership involves guiding and supporting teams to embrace agile principles and practices, fostering an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This track focuses on developing leaders who can navigate complex, dynamic business environments, empower their teams, and drive organizational agility. Agile leaders prioritize customer value, promote transparency, and encourage iterative learning and adaptation.

Target Audience

Primary Audience: Current and aspiring leaders, managers, executives, leaders who aspire to lead on a business agility journey (and/or who see the value of growing an agile organization, and are committed to developing themselves as agile leaders in order to achieve that aim); and front line supervisors who lead teams of people or are on the way to do so.
