Future Backwards

Starting from the present state it might be difficult for stakeholders to imagine next steps, when there is a lack of vision for the future. Going through this exercise might mobilize stakeholders and give a sense of direction for possible action and help stakeholders achieve the consensus about the vision for the future and to map out the steps that need to be taken to achieve the objective.
