User-Centered Design
User-Centered Design is a foundational track that equips learners with the essential skills and knowledge needed to create user-centric digital experiences. Through a series of articles, videos, podcasts, and other resources, participants will explore the principles and practices of user-centered design, starting with understanding user needs and preferences. They will learn various user research methods, such as interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights into user behaviors and pain points.
Participants will delve into the process of defining user personas and creating user journey maps to identify key touchpoints and opportunities for improvement. They will also learn techniques for ideation and brainstorming, such as design sprints and affinity mapping, to generate innovative solutions that address user needs effectively. Additionally, learners will explore prototyping tools and techniques to create interactive prototypes and wireframes, allowing them to visualize and test design concepts before implementation.
Throughout the track, participants will focus on iterative design, continuously refining and improving their designs based on user feedback and usability testing results. By the end of the track, learners will have a comprehensive understanding of user-centered design principles and practices, enabling them to create digital experiences that delight users and drive business success.
